after so much anticipation, I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes just to meet a staff member, absurd! then, upon checking out, I expected some compensation for my troubles, at least a welcome gift, or a room upgrade, but nothing. clean rooms, if you ignore the dark stains. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Positive, I had a great stay in a Queen Room for 9 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a fridge. The subway station right across the road made getting around really easy, even at night. Plus, they took care of my luggage free of charge when I left! 😊

The lack of basic cleanliness left a lot to be desired. no sheet between the bed and the comforter felt unhygienic. Additionally, a long wait to reach someone at reception was frustrating. it took an hour for someone to show up when we needed assistance.
