The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was great because I had so many burning questions at 3 am.

Oh, the joy of finding strands of someone else's hair and dirty sheets! Just what I always wanted for a cozy night's sleep.

The rooms were brand-new and fine, were equipped with a nice clean bathroom and a comfortable bed, as for instance.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to a good subway line with access to most areas in Manhattan and central and lower Manhattan and the Central Park. It was very close to Resobox, where you can have lunch.

The staff was extremely slow.

The hotel was modern, about 800 feet from the subway station. I stayed in brand-new, cozy room with a nice clean bathroom as well as a comfortable bed. Everything was good, I really enjoyed that.

We stayed at Hotel 21 for one night, just needing a place to shower and sleep. The location was great, with easy access to the subway and citibike stations. The room was clean and had a good-sized bathroom with a hot shower and good water pressure. We appreciated the working amenities like the TV, fridge, AC, and wifi. The area felt safe and it was surprisingly quiet. it was a good value for the price, covering all our basic needs.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was nice and pleasant. Great location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Popped in The Baroness for shots before sleep, it was relatively near the venue.

The room was impeccably clean and had a spotlessly clean bathroom. A shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets were very handy. The location was unbeatable and incredible, in the Queens district and in front of a metro station.

The location was unbeatable for me. It was maximum 20 minutes drive to the airport. Enjoyed effective Wi-Fi and a writing table in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at 21 Nyc. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to Mid-Manhattan and Central Park. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was clean and modern, with a spacious layout and a stunning view of eastern Manhattan from the higher floors. The bathroom was top-notch, exceeding my expectations for a hotel in this price range. In addition, the cleaning service was exceptional, keeping my room spotless throughout my 10-day stay. I was also pleased to find plenty of electrical sockets, perfect for charging all of my devices. I highly recommend 21 Nyc for its great location, cleanliness, and excellent amenities.

While my stay at 21 Nyc was mostly fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. the check-in process felt a bit unwelcoming, and the requirement for a cash deposit seemed outdated in today's standards.

The setting was excellent, just next door to the JFK airport, and the subway across the road. The staff were very very helpful; we had an early check-in👍👌

The management was very very helpful, as well as the staff. Loved having an excellent WiFi and a writing desk in the spotless and functional room.
